Phone Number Consent for SMS Notifications
As part of their role with Innovare Medical Media, all field representatives are required to check in to digital ad kiosks each month. These check-ins are logged through our internal systems.
To support this process, Innovare sends SMS reminders and status updates (typically 1–2 per month) to each representative’s mobile number. By signing the Service Representative Handbook and initialing next to the SMS opt-in section, reps provide consent to receive these text messages.
