    Innovare Medical Media (Innovare) has pioneered Place-based OOH signage within hospitals and continues to grow adding new hospital venues and digital signage every year! Innovare just celebrated signing its 163rd Hospital partner and is now operating in 25 states! Markets include Miami, West Palm Beach, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New Orleans, New York City, Boston and many more! Fun family environment and team atmosphere, looking for good people to join our journey to 500 Hospital Advertising programs. Innovare is also thrilled to announce that we have contributed over $4,000,000 to our Hospital partners through our niche media platform thanks to our great team!     This role is 75% Inside Sales prospecting, canvassing, and calling into various markets across the country to close over the phone as well as 25% Outside Sales for in- market face to face appointments. Our Sales Representatives will be responsible to call on local and regional businesses, understand each client’s needs, create custom media proposals to help clients reach an ideal target audience to strengthen their band and grow their business through our Hospital Placed Media opportunities.

    Hybrid position with work from home opportunities after ramp-up period (2 days a week at home, 3 days a week in-office)

    Expectations:

    • Close new advertising revenue – selling direct to leading advertisers suitable for Hospital Placed Media to exceed monthly and quarterly goals
    • Produce new business through prospecting/researching local and regional businesses
    • Exceed Daily Outbound activity expectations:
      • Cold Calling – 90+ minutes per day and appointment setting
      • Virtual Prospective Client Meetings – Teams/Zoom
      • Creative Email Blast
      • Social Media utilization to bring connections (LinkedIn, etc..)
    • Participate in industry events including conferences and networking events
    • Continue to research media industry to stay on top of new trends
    • In state and Out of State Business Travel monthly – Company Paid

     

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Base Salary with Commission + Bonus plan

    This role will be responsible to call on large to small media agencies, as well as national advertisers directly, selling direct Hospital Placed Media opportunities.

    • Proven sales track record OOH media experience, and relationships a plus
    • A Bachelor’s Degree is required

    • Produce new business through prospecting big brands and agencies, generate new RFPs and respond to inbound RFPs as assigned
