Nick works on strategic projects with the New Business, Sales, and Ops Teams as well as his daily finance responsibilities. All this is a piece of cake compared to juggling his three boys at home who never sleep.
Nick began his career in New York City in Global Clearing Services and Commercial Securities as a Controller for Bear Stearns. After the 2008 merger, JP Morgan Investment Bank hired Nick to price intricate and exotic securities with their fixed income trading desk. He is a graduate of Lehigh University in Pennsylvania, with a double major in Accounting and Finance. Nick is a fourth generation entrepreneur and small business operator. After a thorough market analysis, his entrepreneurial spirit led him to create Innovare Medical Media in April 2010, to develop a new revenue stream and marketing venue for healthcare organizations. Outside of the office, you may find Nick spending time with his wife and trying to keep up with his three sons. Skiing down double black diamonds in the winter and hacking away on the golf course in the summer are a few things that Nick enjoys.
Nick is responsible for New Business Development, Project Management, Financial Planning, and whatever else that needs to get done!
Mike is responsible for New Business Strategy as it relates to our Hospital partners and also oversees our Sales Organization. He has come up with some of his most effective strategies while between holes on the golf course.
Mike joined Innovare after an eight year tenure at Pfizer Inc., the world’s largest research- based pharmaceutical company. At Pfizer, Mike assumed several roles in sales and training initiatives, which allowed him to work as a liaison between many of the markets within Pfizer. These included marketing and medical functions, in addition to the managed markets system that allowed Pfizer to develop stronger partnerships with their accounts. Mike also collaborated on the launch of the largest closed-loop, multi-channel marketing program at Pfizer. This program maximized the value of individual interactions with a specific focus on market segmentation. In addition, this provided a platform through which Pfizer could align more closely with the needs of Hospitals and better discern the impact of patient flow and healthcare utilization. Mike holds a MBA in Management from Hofstra University in New York, as well as a B.S. in Finance from St. John’s University in New York. His wife, Kathleen, a fellow St. John’s graduate, is a Senior Physician Assistant in the Department of Medicine at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center. Outside of the office, you may find Mike trying to maintain his handicap on the golf course, or spending time playing with his family.

Julie is responsible for Graphics Coordinating and New Business Design. She takes pride in her jersey accent and truly believes Disney World is the Happiest Place on Earth.
After graduating from William Paterson University in 2008, Julie began her career at CLI Interactive focusing on graphic design and project management. She has over 9 years of professional experience working on complicated and sophisticated print and web-development projects. Outside of the office you may find Julie losing track of time while riding horses or exploring the wilderness with her dogs (Lacey and Nala), family and friends.
At Innovare, Julie manages the graphics coordinating for our hospital markets and is the leader of the new business design team preparing proposals and special graphic related projects.
Jim is the Design and Project Manager at Innovare, responsible for new projects as well as maintaining existing community displays. Jim is best known for inventing the Taco Tuesday.
Jim has worked as a Production Supervisor for over 30 years where he has been responsible for supervising various types of construction and installation, from Fluid Dynamics/Dust collection systems to interactive displays. Jim has also been responsible for projects at Interspace Services Inc., installing new construction at various airports throughout the country. Jim has demonstrated a mastery of all current equipment specifications and necessary installation requirements.
Jim is responsible for Innovare’s project construction and installation and will ensure the implementation of all aspects of the program. This includes the planning of the project and timeline specifics in coordination with the hospital administration and external construction.
Mark brings a parallel business experience to Innovare as our Strategic Planning professional. He can also be seen hiking 14,000 foot mountain peaks “fourteeners” in Colorado.
Mark spent twenty-four years building Interspace Services Inc. into the world leader of small and mid-size airport advertising concessionaires with over 200 contracts worldwide. He helped create a +$20 million new annual revenue stream for these airports by attracting over 8,000 local display clients (obviously, not by himself!) in airports such as Westchester County (NY), Newburgh (NY), Albany (NY), Burlington (VT), Manchester (NH), Providence (RI), Allentown (PA), and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (PA). The business was sold in 2006 to the world’s largest out of home advertising company, Clear Channel Outdoor, where Mark was Co-CEO of the combined $150 million airport group until 2009. Mark graduated from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania, with a B.S., B.A., and a MBA, and was a World Cup Gold Medalist and two-time NCAA wrestling champion.
At Innovare, Mark is responsible for Strategic Planning, Program Design, and Program Oversight.
Christina is responsible for all Financial matters including, but not limited to, Contract analysis, Month End Close and Business Projections. With her long history in the Music Business, she doesn’t miss an opportunity to rock out at concerts!
Christina has worked in the music business for the past thirteen years in New York City. She started her career working at RCA Music and was recruited to join Capitol Music Group as the Vice President of Finance & Marketing Planning. Looking beyond the “glitz & glamour”, she has hands on experience in every facet of building and budgeting marketing and promotion strategies with a significant allocation geared towards advertising. Christina is a graduate of Lehigh University in Pennsylvania, with a B.S. in Finance.
Christina leads Innovare with developing a successful structured financial and marketing model. She is responsible for Marketing and Planning, Financial Management Analysis, and Promotion.
Liz is responsible for driving sales revenue, managing sales activity, and motivating our team. Liz can be found making snow angels with her daughter.
Liz Zuk brings more than 10 years of experience in the advertising industry. She began her career in sales with Clear Channel Airports, formerly Interspace Advertising, where she produced over $4 million dollars in a 4-year period. After her sales success, Liz transitioned into a Sales Management role where she managed over 45 markets, generating nearly $8.5 million dollars in revenue. Her ability to be a key listener has allowed Liz to deliver some of the most successful advertising campaigns in the U.S. to her clients. Leveraging her skillset, Liz has received numerous commendations for her high level of customer service and leadership throughout the years. In the midst of her hard work & dedication, she enjoys many activities ranging from surfing to bungee jumping. When she is not on her extreme adventures, Liz is busy keeping up with her 7 year old daughter and is actively involved in volunteer work for her daughters school.
At Innovare Medical Media, Liz is the Sales Manager, responsible for hospital programs and ongoing efforts in maximizing sales revenue for our Hospital programs. She is also responsible for training and developing our sales team to be the best in the industry.
Samantha is a Marketing Consultant at Innovare after developing her skills with an Entertainment Agency in NYC. She is always off on crazy adventures like camping on the beach or in the mountains of Vermont!
Samantha is a Marketing Consultant at Innovare after starting her career as a recent college graduate with an Agency in New York City. There, she specialized in Branded Entertainment and Strategic Partnerships. She enjoys the energy and excitement of city life but doesn’t miss a chance to escape to the beach on the weekends in the Summer!
With years of experience in the Hospitality industry, Samantha has developed her expertise in client relationships and thrives in any dynamic, fast paced environment. As a young athlete, Samantha has always focused on the importance of teamwork yet strives to hit one out of the park!
Samantha holds a B.S. in Sports, Entertainment and Event Management as well as an A.S. in Marketing Communications from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, R.I. Her previous business experience includes inside sales, account management, sponsorships, product placement and integration, strategic partnerships, and research and negotiations. She is markedly passionate about Sales and Marketing, in this ever-evolving environment and believes constant innovation is the key to success!
Tom brings over 20 years in Corporate Sales, working successfully with businesses from Fortune 1000 to start-ups, with 10+ in the Corporate Barter Industry and more recently as Sales Director for an IT Consulting Firm.

Tom grew up in Texas, educated at Baylor University (Sic-em!), and came to New York City initially to further a singing career. While that career was not forthcoming, his family and co-workers will warn you he is capable of breaking out an Italian aria at the slightest pretext!
Lindsay is Innovare’s Graphics and Operations Specialist. She loves her country music, hockey and football! She also won’t eat anything that is colored blue.
Lindsay works directly with our advertising clientele, local service teams, hospital partners and production vendors to coordinate advertising installations at our hospitals. Lindsay is in charge of our digital system and works directly with project management. After developing a love for Graphic Design and advertising while finishing her college studies in London, UK, Lindsay went on to work with National Agencies coordinating Client Campaigns at some of the largest Airports across the United States, Canada and Caribbean. After taking some time off to join her family’s business, Lindsay decided it was time to come back to the Advertising world and joined the team at Innovare. Lindsay is an avid hockey fan (Go Flyers!) and loves to sip on Chardonnay and Cherry Coke Slurpee’s.
Jon is a Sales Manager at Innovare. He is a graduate of Sacred Heart University in Connecticut. When not at work he is typically hiking with his dog or watching football.
Juan is responsible for all things related to billing and receivables at Innovare Medical Media.
With over 15 years experience within various industries there is hardly a situation that he has not conquered and resolved. He is also a technology junkie and a key proponent in the implementation of Innovare’s new ERP system. He loves spending time with family, movies, music, video games and anything technology related.
Jarred is a Business Development Director for Innovare bringing years of experience in retail and logistics sales. When not working, you can find Jarred getting frustrated at the TV regarding his New York Sports teams.
Jarred began his professional career in retail sales, managing stores while raising annual revenue of top locations ranging between 6 and 12 million dollars. After retail, a trial period of logistic account management led Jarred to Innovare. Serving as an Outside Sales Consultant, Jarred brings a youthful and professional work ethic while providing the office with witty puns and (hopefully) comedic relief. In his spare time, Jarred enjoys anything New York Sports related and spending his free time volunteering at local animal shelters and businesses.
Erik has over 12 years of OOH Advertising experience. Out of the office, Erik is a Philadelphia sports fan and enjoys golf even though his swing is worse than Charles Barkley’s. He also enjoys vacationing with his wife Lori.
Erik began his professional career as a radio disc jockey at WLEV and Cat Country 96 in Allentown, PA. He transitioned to his media career with Clear Channel Airports, formerly Interspace Services Inc. where he made significant contributions to the organization for almost 10 years. Before coming to IMM, Erik was National Director of Business Development at McGavren Guild Malls where he worked with local, regional and national clients for advertising in malls across the country.
Kelly is a Business Development Director at Innovare who recently graduated from Centenary University. She loves working out, spending time with her husband and two dogs, listening to music, and doing anything outdoors!
Kelly is a graduate of Centenary University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication. At work she is an Outside Sales Consultant but outside of work she is lot more. Kelly maintains a healthy lifestyle while inspiring others to do the same. She’s the wife to a wonderful husband and mother to her four-legged children, Milo & Mia. She is passionate about animals and helping others in need. She’s there to listen when most people would walk away. She loves a good challenge (and overcoming them), the beach (and spending long weekends at her beach house), music and concerts, hiking, fishing, four-wheeling, skiing, traveling, playing and watching sports-GO EAGLES, she loves DIY projects, and drawing. Most of all, she loves to be happy and strives to make each and every day better than the last!

Cheryl has 27 years Out-of-Home Marketing experience working in a range of roles including: Marketing Consultant, Senior Account Executive, National Account Executive, National Team Manager, and Vice President. During her years with Interspace Airport Advertising and Clear Channel she worked special projects with the billboard division and mall division as well as moved to New Zealand for a year to form a local team which added 20 Airports to the Company portfolio.

Marianne is one of Innovare’s Graphic Coordinators and is the Executive Office Administrator. Marianne is responsible for maintaining the well-being and organization of the office, but also works directly with our hospitals and clients to launch new programs coast to coast!
Marianne grew up in rural New Jersey, attended college in Philadelphia (Go Eagles!), and lived in San Francisco, CA, for a change in pace. She is now settled back in New Jersey with her husband Jonathan and two children Roxanne and Jonny. Marianne is a busy mom of two under-two, but when she finds some nonexistent time to herself, she loves to sleep in past 6am, brunch with her girlfriends, and shop at Target for non-essentials. Marianne wanted to work closer to home with a very supportive team, which led her to Innovare, and the rest is history!
Natalie was born and raised in New York City, and relocated to New Jersey to be closer to family. She is currently a Graphics Coordinator and Office Assistant at Innovare. Natalie strives every day to improve herself in everything that she does, both professionally and personally – We love her for that! Natalie is a mom to her adorable son, Gabriel, and is absolutely in love with him – he’s pretty darn cute! In Natalie’s off time, she loves to hike, go to the gym, hang out on the beach and outdoors, and drink wine. Natalie dreams to one day travel all around the world to experience other cultures and learn about their lifestyles.
Christian started at Innovare in 2017 as an Outside Sales Consultant. He brings five years of sales experience from various backgrounds including durable medical equipment, solar, and telecommunications – The transition to working at Innovare was seamless! On his off time, Christian enjoys fishing, spending time with his family, and watching anything related to Philadelphia sports – GO EAGLES!
Charlie was born and raised in New Jersey, and although he has a fondness for busy highways and debilitating taxes, he cannot wait to move to the mountains in Pennsylvania where he can relax a bit more. When at Innovare, Charlie always has a smile on his face, no matter what the circumstances are – You can usually catch him by the water cooler slinging a few jokes. When traveling for sales meetings, he always kills with kindness and our clients know they will have a great partnership with Charlie and Innovare. Outside of the office, he is usually playing softball, loves to fish and hunt, and is always a good Samaritan.
Brenda joined Innovare in 2017 and really enjoys working with and meeting new people every day – it makes being an Outside Sales Consultant a fun job for her! Brenda is also a hardworking mom to her “know it all” 20-year-old son, but Brenda makes sure he knows who’s boss. When Brenda is not pounding the pavement at work, she loves to cook, reading is her passion, and she’s an animal lover. Brenda fosters Pit bulls, which can be a very misunderstood breed, but she finds it to be so rewarding to bring them back to health and send them on their way to their forever homes.
Rod Graduated from Appalachian State University located in the beautiful Smokey Mountains of North Carolina. A majority of Rod’s previous background was in IT support at Mckesson, and outside sales at ADT – he now applies his wealth of knowledge to his current role at Innovare as an Outside Sales Consultant.
When Rod is not focusing on 90 minutes of daily calls at the office, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Jenn and his two mini me’s Jaxson-10 and Cole-7 – He also just recently added a new four-legged lab to his family named Marley. When Rod does find time to break away from kid centric activities, he enjoys trying to stay fit, hiking and biking, adult beverages, and hanging with friends on football Sunday. Go Cowboys!
Dawn started at Innovare in 2017 as VP, Finance – Bonus, she’s also a certified CPA! Before starting at Innovare, Dawn graduated from Lehigh University and comes to us with 12 years of previous experience at HBO Sports in NYC. Outside of work, Dawn is a busy mom to her two kids (8yrs & 10yrs), and will soon have a new puppy in the mix to keep them all busy. A few fun facts about Dawn; She is a twin and married a twin, is the queen of mom jokes, and loves to indulge in watching the bachelor.
Before starting at Innovare, Taylor was an ultrasound technician at St. Luke’s Hospital in Easton, PA. Unbeknownst to Taylor, the St. Luke’s hospital system was already partnered with Innovare, so the transition to becoming an outside sales consultant was a match-made in heaven! Taylor is excited to kick off her new career at Innovare and is learning new strategies and techniques every day! Outside of work, Taylor is a die-hard New England Patriots fan, but also bleeds blue for the New York Yankees – Yeah, we know that’s confusing. If you really want to get to Taylor’s heart, serve her up a nice dinner of filet mignon and mashed potatoes, but don’t forget to gift her a puppy to play with!
Before starting at Innovare, Sherry graduated from Towson University – She graduated with a degree in Communication Studies and minor track in health care management. Sherry has been working in the health care industry for seven years since graduating in 2011, which is why she is the perfect fit for Innovare! Outside of work, Sherry is a busy settling into her new marriage, and looking forward to starting a family and buying their first home. Updates to come!
Matt is a New Jersey native and still resides here with his wife, daughter, and son. Before married life, he attended Ithaca College in upstate New York. Matt has worked as a floor broker on the New York Mercantile Exchange for 15 years, in real estate for two years, and was briefly a car salesman. When Matt’s out of the office he enjoys spending time with his family and he coaches both boys and girls’ lacrosse. You can also find Matt and his family at the beach all summer!
Jennifer started at Innovare in 2018 as an Outside Sales Consultant. She studied at Seminole State College of Florida for Interior Design, so she has the eye for all things beautiful! Jennifer loves to work closely with local businesses and schools to target their immediate audience – She strongly believes in a great partnership with our clients to ensure they are getting the best possible care. Fun fact, Jennifer was one of the fastest consultants to secure a contract upon hire – watch out, world! When Jennifer is not in the office, she loves to work out, swim, and play soccer. She was once not only a soccer player but coached and refereed as well.
Amanda comes from a twelve-year career in the hospitality field, so she is already familiar with always putting the client first! Because of Amanda’s extensive background in client relations, it was a seamless transition for her when starting at Innovare. In Amanda’s free time, she enjoys traveling and trying new cuisines, cooking like a Food Network star, wine tasting, and reading on the weekends. You can catch Amanda enjoying a nice summer day brunching with her girlfriends with a glass of vino in hand!
