How long have you been at Innovare?  How many hospitals did Innovare have when you started? How do you feel about the recent growth Hospital Placed Media?

My journey at Innovare began just one year ago, and what a remarkable year it has been. When I joined, we had partnered with 164 hospitals, and today, that number stands at an impressive 252, which now includes medical office buildings. We understand that hospital-placed media is very strategic in nature and localized, making it highly relevant to the target audience. Unlike billboards or mass media, which are designed to capture the attention of a broad and often transient audience, hospital-placed media is intended to engage with people who have a strong connection to the local area, either through work or residence. We often refer to this venue as a community showcase. Innovare Media’s growth is a testament to the evolution of traditional out-of-home media and our company’s commitment to hard work. The true Innovarian has the stick-to-it-ivness attitude!

How would you describe the work environment and culture at Innovare?

In such a short time, I’ve made genuine connections that I know will last a lifetime. The people I’ve met here are not just colleagues but friends who share the same dedication and passion for what we do. We work hard and play hard, all the while knowing that the rewards here are truly endless.

Tell us about your approach when working with clients interested in hospital-placed media.

When reaching out to any type of business, I evaluate their services to see if they’re in alignment with the hospital venues that we offer. It’s a two-way street. I have the best interests of the audience in addition to the clients. They are the recipients of exposure and make it all possible. I try to make it a win-win for everyone.

What do you do for fun?

Anything outdoors: fishing, kayaking, camping, etc. I’m a New York sports fanatic, and a loyal one at that. I enjoy “going on adventures” and “finding treasures” with my amazing 11-year-old daughter Mia. We enjoy visiting vintage stores, antique shops, and going to estate sales. Regardless of what we find, we always come home with another beautiful memory we made together. I enjoy a good Pacino or De Niro movie, going to comedy clubs, seeing an orchestra play, or hitting up a local karaoke bar with some friends. I also find it very rewarding to be part of a handful of organizations that work with special needs children as a volunteer. Anyone can offer their time and skills to assist with activities, events, or programs.

If Innovare gave you an elephant and you couldn’t sell or give it away, what do you do with it?

I would buy a plot of land and would most definitely have to get a second one for companionship. I would hire trainers from Thailand and provide animal assisted therapy on a much, much larger scale. In return, I would seek state and private funding, as they have quite an appetite. I have yet to meet a person who wasn’t immediately happy when meeting an elephant.

Oh, one more thing: while wearing an Innovare Elephant Bonnet, I would hire him to wash my car daily, since they work for peanuts.
